"Describe a typical day" is a classic A1 Sprechen prompt, and it's also the lesson where three separate grammar points you've learned in isolation - separable verbs (15), telling time (10), and reflexive verbs (28) - finally combine into one natural, connected monologue.
Ich stehe um sieben Uhr auf. (aufstehen, Lesson 15)
Ich dusche mich und ziehe mich an. (reflexive + separable, Lesson 28 + 15)
Um halb neun fahre ich zur Arbeit. (Lesson 10's "halb" + Lesson 19 vocab)
Ich arbeite bis fünf Uhr.
Abends kaufe ich ein und koche. (einkaufen, Lesson 15)
Ich gehe um zehn Uhr ins Bett.
Notice how "Um halb neun" and "Abends" leading a sentence trigger the subject-verb swap from Lesson 5 (verb stays second, subject moves to third) - this is exactly the payoff of learning that rule early.
