Reading the two sets together
- Module, not a total. Goethe B1 is modular - you sit and pass Lesen, Hören, Schreiben and Sprechen separately. So the number that matters is the weakest bar in the report, not the overall percentage. A 75 % average hiding a 48 % in Hören means you book three modules now and the fourth later.
- Same errors across both sets = a real gap. Take the Schwachstellen list to the Lesen- or Hören-Trainer and drill that one task type.
- Different errors, same score = that is your level. More volume will move it; more anxiety will not.
- Over 80 % on both: book the official Modellsatz from your board with real audio, then book the exam.
