Die Anmeldung und Ämter
Within two weeks of moving into a German address, you're legally required to register it at the Bürgeramt (citizens' office) - the Anmeldung. This lesson gives you the vocabulary to survive that appointment and read the form (Anmeldeformular) beforehand, reusing the sentence patterns from Lessons 1, 2, and 7.

Every one of these is a yes/no or W-question built exactly the way Lesson 5 taught - verb second, question word first when there is one.
Ich habe einen Termin um zehn Uhr. (I have an appointment at 10 o'clock.)
Hier ist mein Ausweis. (Here is my ID.)
Meine Adresse ist ...
