~40 vocabulary domains from the course, one representative recall question per domain. Missing several in a row from the same cluster (e.g. all the "official errands" ones) is a strong signal to revisit that stretch of lessons - not just that single word.

Count your misses. 0-3: you're ready to move to reading/writing practice. 4-8: skim the phrase cheat sheets once more before continuing. 9+: spend one more session on the original lessons in the weak clusters before the mock exam.
